Ledgerly was born from the shared passion of two accounting leaders whose core focus is providing clients with a deeper understanding of how to make their businesses more successful through technology and data.

Brittany Malidore

Brittany’s expertise and in-depth approach to supporting clients come from more than a decade’s worth of experience leading and scaling other outsourced accounting practices. After too many years of being told she’d never make it in the accounting world as both a woman and a mom, Brittany blazed her own trail by co-founding Ledgerly Consulting, where she leads a powerhouse team of problem solvers and accounting alchemists. For Brittany, leading her own firm is more than delivering leading-edge accounting services—it’s about going to bat for business owners and being a true and trusted leader who can help clients transform their mindset around accounting. She puts her passion into practice by working hands-on with clients, giving back to her community, and taking action to support organizations as they build a stronger financial foundation. A recognized trailblazer in the industry, Brittany was a proud recipient of the 2017-2018 WSCPA Rising Star Award, the 2015 Distinguished Graduate Award, and was a 2023 Ignition Top 50 Women in Accounting Nominee. Outside of work, Brittany enjoys spending time with her five kids and constructing a getaway home in Washington with her husband.
Diane Morrison, CPA

Bolstered by extensive experience in federal tax and attestation, Diane brings a level of technical abilities and transactional tax knowledge to accounting that is often overlooked in other more traditional environments. At heart, Diane is a CPA and number cruncher who believes the most valuable thing she can deliver to clients is a quality set of financials that gives them the ability to see, trust, and understand their financial performance fully. While Diane’s abilities stem from her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Central Washington University and more than a decade spent in public accounting, her true passion was brought to life by co-founding Ledgerly Consulting. She sees the most important part of her role as being a resource that can help bring transparency and accuracy to every aspect of accounting, so clients can feel more comfortable and connected to their financial operations. Diane is dedicated to helping other women build a career path in accounting and is proud to co-own a firm that supports this growth. When not working with clients or training the team, Diane enjoys crafting and spending time on her boat in Puget Sound with her husband.
Kali Williams

Kali brings a level of process management and corporate finance expertise to the Legerly Consulting team, having began her career working as an Accounting Comptroller for a prominent healthcare company. Kali has a Masters in Business from Tennessee Tech University and is a Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor who brings a people-first approach to the way she collaborates with our clients. As our Senior Accountant, Kali is a tenacious problem solver who continuously strives to help our clients achieve the financial success they deserve. Kali lives in Tennessee with her husband, dogs, and two kids. Together they enjoy camping at the lake, traveling, and catching a Nashville Predators or Tennessee Vols game.
